Exercise does not always have to be
a physical activity…
Dog’s have over 220 million scent receptors
in their nose, more than sight!
Allow them to use their nose every now and then
to lead the way and choose their own walks, exploring nature and discovering new smells.
It is such a rewarding experience for them that released endorphins – Can also be interpreted as ‘happy’ hormones!
